In response to the NYT, and others, trying to figure out the Tea Party...

Dear Clueless,

I understand that this administration, as well as those of the last fifty years or more, have increasingly ignored the Constitution to the point where when Pelosi was questioned about the Constitutional authority to do what they’re doing her response was, “Are you serious? Are you serious?” Yes, Madam, we may have failed to be “serious” in the past, but the sleeping Giant has awakened, and we are as serious as a heart attack.

Everyone laments that the “system” is broken. Actually it’s not. It has been neglected and abused and what has usurped its place doesn’t now nor will it ever work. But our Constitution, like a compass pointing True North, always works. It identifies the direction and the perscription for one thing and one thing only, LIBERTY.

The time tested end-run around the Constitution has been to relegate it to the status of a “living document”. As Joseph Farah of WorldNetDaily said to whosoever of NPR ‘If you believe the Constitution is a “living” document I’d like to play poker with you using living rules!’ Such a notion is utter foolishness, which they know, but it has served their purpose so very, very, well. Until now…

Progressives/Liberals/Socialists/Fascists/Communists/Marxists have our Constitution as their one great roadblock to Tyranny. And block them we will by our reaffirmation and our declaration that we will no longer tolerate the desecration of this sacred document; nor will we tolerate those elected officials who swear a SACRED OATH OF OFFICE TO UPHOLD AND DEFEND THIS CONSTITUTION and then betray it the minute they take office. There’s a word for that which we don’t often use anymore, it’s called TREASON.

“When in the course of human events…”

 

Thus begins the preamble to our Declaration of Independence. There is no way to fully articulate the ramifications of that document and the courage of the 56 signers.

 

For these several weeks and months I have been in many a conversation about the trajectory of our nation toward Socialism, the first step toward Communism/Marxism. These conversations struck me as historic in nature. The musings and rumblings of a peace and freedom loving people provoked by alarming trespasses against them on multiple levels with lightening speed must not be ignored. I wondered if this is where the early Patriots found themselves. Is this what it felt like 233 years ago with growing storm clouds on a horizon of unchartered water?

 

No free people should be afraid of their government and no government should provoke their law abiding citizens to wrath.

 

In the rush to pass this egregious rape of our most basic freedoms so as not to be revealed until too late, a miracle happened; someone read the ‘Health Care’ bill and disseminated the information to an, as yet, unbelieving public. As rational Americans who have finally gotten to read the fine print of a government takeover of our health care system, (that while not perfect, is the envy of the whole world), we read with disbelief:

 

* Rationed health services for the elderly and imperfect.

* Mandatory access to our private bank accounts.

* Mandatory vaccination

* ‘Health’ advisors having unfettered access to our homes to oversee our parenting!

* The plan to schedule intervals between pregnancies, (do they reserve the right to force an abortion if the ‘schedule’ is not kept?)

This ‘plan’ is so insidious, so wicked in its explicit intent, that many who have read it did so with jaw dropping incredulity. As the reality has finally set in and the resultant outrage has emerged those who smell the danger to our essential freedom and have answered the call of duty are being wrongfully accused of the most contemptible motives. The execution of such a 'game plan' as they are being accused could only be authored and perfected by the left as orchestrated by the despicable organization (Obama’s Alma Mater) ACORN.

 

The liberals are so unaccustomed to authentic outrage that they are stunningly perplexed. So deluded by Obama worship that the harsh reality of the deep seated conservatism of the average American has taken leftists by surprise like a sucker punch. Adding to the outrage is a ‘president’ who commands us to shut up, demands we be ignored. The Obama ‘magic’ like a velvet glove on an iron fist is being exposed in the raw. The kool-aid has worn off, the sleeping giant has awakened.

 

As if this awakening wasn’t enough to put this administration on notice to BACK OFF, they demonize those of us who resist. They must. They must discredit the opposition so that when they attack us (watch out for the SEIU/ACORN/UNION thugs at the balance of these Town Hall Meeting) they can justify themselves by stating we ‘asked’ for it and we ‘deserve’ it. Add to that an appeal from the White House to turn in dissenters and this is what you call FASCISM.

 

Why are they so determined to cram this down our throats? Why are they ramping up the resistance and attacking We the People? Why not relent and let it go? There is no health care crisis. Why do they insist on calling it one? These are not rhetorical questions. In the answer to these questions lies the real story. Something stinks a lot worse than this ‘health care plan’. There is an underlying motive here that MUST BE EXPOSED.

 

In the meantime I declare the following:

 

I will NEVER abandon my Constitutional rights to be free from government interference with regards to my freedom of thought, speech, religion, self-defense, privacy, etc, which includes the right to take care of myself and my family and RESIST ANY ATTEMPT TO SUBVERT THESE INALIENABLE GOD-GIVEN RIGHTS. This is what our government needs to understand. Any law that is contrary to our Constitutionally protected freedom is operating under the color of law and as such, is no law at all.
